In 2024–25, crews responded to more than 101,000 Triple Zero calls and cared for over 56,000 patients. The survey helps identify what’s working, where improvements are needed, and informs service planning. Open from 4 May to 5 June 2026, responses are confidential and contribute to national benchmarking.
