You can now manage all your first aid training bookings, certificates, and more in one place – your Personal Dashboard.
From your dashboard, you can view and manage all your training bookings, access your accreditation certificate, reschedule your course, and more.
If you're part of an organisation, you can also make and manage bookings on behalf of your employees.
To get started, follow these steps to create your free personal account:
Visit www.stjohnnt.org.au/user/register, or click the user icon
at the top right of any page on our website.Complete the registration form with your details, including your Unique Student Identifier (USI).
Note: You can provide your USI later in the training booking process, but neither you nor the people you book for will be able to access certificates until it’s provided and validated. We recommend providing it during registration.
A verification email will be sent to the address you provided – follow the instructions in the email to activate your account.
For business and organisation users:
You must also set up a personal account by following the steps above.
Please use an email specific to you (e.g., john.lastname@stjohnnt.asn.au), rather than a team address (e.g., training@stjohnnt.asn.au) if possible.
Once your account is verified, please contact our Training Team to have admin access enabled. This will allow you to manage bookings for your team or organisation.
