Mr Chin is the Honorary Treasurer of St John Ambulance Australia (NT) Inc and has held this position since he first joined the organisation in 2002. Roland is a Certified Practicing Accountant and has been a Managing Partner at KPMG, Darwin since 1996.He holds a B Comm. UNSW and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, CPA of the Australian Society of Certified Practising Accountants, Fellow of the Taxation Institute of Australia and a Registered Tax Agent. In August 2010 Roland was appointed as Chairman of the Australia Day Council for the Northern Territory and is also the Honorary Treasurer of the Chung Wah Society Inc.
