St John NT cares about what happens to you and we're here to help. If something makes you feel unsafe or uncomfortable, you can tell us here. We will always treat you kindly and take your complaint or feedback seriously.

Remember, you are brave for speaking up, and we want to make sure everyone is happy and safe when they come to our program.

What happens now?

Your complaint will be sent to someone in our office who will carefully look over the information you've provided and think about how we can best help you.

We may ask to talk to you, so we can find out more about what happened.

Once we think we have all the information, we will make a decision to remedy this issue. If you aren't happy with our decision, you can ask for your complaint to be looked at again and a someone else will look over it. 

Your privacy is important to us. St John NT collects some personal information from you so we can try to help you with your complaint. We won't tell anyone else this information unless we are worried that you are safe or are being harmed, or might become unsafe or might be harmed.
