Humpty Doo did its bit again last weekend. Barbara and Karina teamed up with Peter Poole for the motocross on Friday night. The riders behaved themselves very well.

I was with Narelle at the Friday Night Beat the Heat Drags, then had a break until 1730 Saturday when I met up with Peter Poole and Christine Turner for the Motocross at Palmerston. Geraldine was there to give us a hand later on. Got a possible fractured clavicle and sent him off to RDH.   

Sunday saw us up bright and early for "Thundercrosse" again at Palmerston with Henri and Anthony who is transferring to Humpty Doo from Batchelor. Henri swapped with Mel for the afternoon shift which ended up being a bit more interesting.

A young damaged (run over) arm was splinted and sent off to RDH with mum. The last race which could have provided an early knock off proved not so lucky. Father and Son pranged in separate accidents. Dad had concussion and the young bloke had a damaged shoulder. We called an ambulance for that one and Amanda rocked up. It was great to have an extra pair of hands for times like that. Mel did very well independently looking after cases. Anthony also made things work smoothly at the end of a few long, hot duties.

Lee and Karina attended the afternoon of the Pet Expo on that Sunday as well.
