The short (1 hour) training program is considered relevant for:
  • Parents/guardians of persons diagnosed with Diabetes
  • Teachers
  • Those in a workplace where a susceptible person has arranged storage of an GlucaGen Hypo kit

Maximum group size: 20 Not generally offered as a public program

This short training session will discuss:
    • A basic introduction to diabetes
    • Emergency first aid management of a casualty with an diabetic reaction
    • The GlucaGen Hypo kit
    • Safety and storage

    GlucaGen Hypo kit does not constitute a First Aid course
    St John (NT) strongly recommends everyone completes a full Apply first aid course to supplement the learning contained in this program
