She was Mayor of Alice Springs for 8 years and has served on numerous Boards’, including the Central Australian YMCA, the Desert Knowledge CRC and The Outback Highway Committee. Fran currently holds the position of the Executive Director of Regional Development for the Department of Resources – Primary Industry, Fisheries and Resources.
