Installed on the 9th November 2007 as the 19th Administrator of the Northern Territory, Mr Pauling has a distinguished record of over thirty years of service to the legal profession of the Northern Territory. He was appointed as Queen’s Counsel in 1984 and served in the position of Solicitor General from 1988 until 2007 and was appointed as an Officer of the Order of Australia within the Queen’s Birthday Honours list In 2008.
